Ha al suo interno un’antica macina da frantoio e strutture ipogee. Immersa fra vigneti e uliveti, ha un suo piccolo giardino botanico, tre stanze indipendenti, balconi e veranda panoramica. Prossimo ad una intersezione strategica che lo collega alla città con le sue attrazioni turistiche (3Km), a Bisceglie con la sua costa rocciosa e i suoi Dolmen, ad Andria con il suo patrimonio UNESCO – Castel del Monte e a Barletta con la sua costa sabbiosa e Canne della Battaglia. Un luogo di equilibrio fra cultura e divertimento, movida e relax.
Welcome! We are located in Trani, Apulia, South of Italy. Our farm house has been built between IV and XIX sec, and fully restored in order to offer you all the modern comfort, in 2019. In the basement of our house is possible to visit an antique olive mill and some hypogei remains. We offer three independent rooms with balcony, panoramic veranda and a little botanical garden, all of it surrounded by vineyard and olive trees farms. We are in a strategic position, nearby an intersection connecting the main touristic attractions: Trani with its monuments and natural port (3km); Bisceglie with its rocky beach and its Dolmen; Andria with the UNESCO Castel del Monte; Barletta with its sandy beach and the nearby Canne della Battaglia. We are a strategic choice between culture and fun, nightlife and relax.
Vítej! Nacházíme se v Trani, Apulie, jižně od Itálie. Náš statek byl postaven mezi IV a XIX sec a plně obnoven, aby vám v roce 2019 nabídl veškerý moderní komfort. V suterénu našeho domu je možné navštívit starožitný olivový mlýn a některé hypogei pozůstatky. Nabízíme tři samostatné pokoje s balkonem, panoramatickou verandou a malou botanickou zahradou, to vše je obklopeno vinicemi a olivovníky. Jsme ve strategické poloze, v blízkosti křižovatky spojující hlavní turistické atrakce: Trani s jeho památkami a přírodním přístavem (3 km); Bisceglie se skalnatou pláží a Dolmen; Andria s castel del Monte unesco; Barletta s písečnou pláží a nedalekou Canne della Battaglia.
